Our 10-Day Easy Returns

At PlushDrape, your satisfaction matters. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we offer a simple return or exchange option. Items can be returned within 10 days of delivery, as long as they are unused, unwashed, and kept in their original packaging.

To qualify, your return must be initiated and shipped within the 10-day period.

For United States Orders

To begin a return, please contact our support team through plushdrape.com.

Returned items must be in the same condition as received—unused, clean, and free from any hair or debris. Items that do not meet these standards may not be eligible for a refund.

Return shipping costs are not covered. A small restocking fee of $8 per item will be deducted from your refund. Once your return is received and inspected, the approved refund will be issued to your original payment method.

For International Orders

For assistance with international returns, please reach out through plushdrape.com.

Items must be returned in their original, unused condition with packaging intact. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer.

A combined shipping and restocking fee of $25 per item will be deducted from the refund total. Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us so we can assist with a resolution. While we work with shipping carriers to address issues during transit, we cannot guarantee coverage for packages marked as delivered but not received. In such cases, support may be offered individually when possible.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including clearance products, final sale items, and gift cards.

Refund Processing

Once your return is received and reviewed, you will be notified of the approval status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method, minus any applicable fees. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
